DocPortal is a platform developed and operated by My Wealth Cloud Limited. This page applies to all mobile applications powered by the DocPortal platform and published by My Wealth Cloud Limited.

Request Account Deletion

If you would like to delete your account and associated personal data from any DocPortal powered application, you can request this using either of the following methods:

• Using the Delete Account feature within the settings menu of your app, which will notify us of your request.
• Emailing: info@docportal.co.uk

You only need to use one of the above methods to request account deletion.

We may contact you to confirm your request or to notify you once your account has been deleted.

If emailing please include:

• The name of the app
• Your account email or username

What happens when you request deletion

• Your account will be permanently deleted.
• All associated personal data will be removed from our systems.
• Some data may be retained where required for legal, regulatory, or security purposes. Please visit our Privacy Policy for information.

Processing time

We aim to process all deletion requests within 30 days.
